The SmartCount Edge allows users to display production data in many different ways. Each unit includes 24 screen templates to satisfy any production environment (See "SmartCount Screen Options" tab for more info). These templates display various data metrics including; Count, Rate, Target Count/Rate, Percentage Complete, Run Time & Down Time, Distance, Speed, and more. Each SmartCount Edge "hub" has (1) HDMI port, (4) USB ports, (2) M12 Sensor ports, and (1) Ethernet port. You can use the Ethernet port to stream the display to computers in the local network, or connect with other Smartcount models capable of creating Excel CSV reports (See CSV model) and displaying multiple SmartCount unit screens all in one (see Scoreboard model).
