Our Process

Head fully disassembled and cleaned

Step 1
Each head is completely disassembled and cleaned.

Inspection of parts to identify wear or damage

Step 2
Each part is carefully inspected to spot worn, broken, and/or missing parts.

Reassembled head being tested

Step 3
The head is lubricated, reassembled, and tested.

Instructions

Remove the stitcher head assembly from your machine and include as many parts as possible to make it a complete assembly.
Provide contact info in the package so we can reach you with pricing or any other necessary information.

Once the head is received by our repair department, allow 2–4 business days for us to contact you (please allow extra time for heads other than Hohner & 26A/D style heads).
If the order is urgent, note in the package that the head is a rush order for expedited service.
