Stahl Roller Recovery

  1. Incoming rollers are inspected to confirm recovery is warranted (excessive journal or knurl wear generally disqualifies).
  2. Rollers are stripped and cleaned.
  3. New urethane is applied (same material used on new rollers).
  4. Roller is straightened and ground.
  5. Final inspection.

MBO* Roller Regrind

What is the MBO* roller regrind process?

  1. Incoming rollers are inspected to see if regrinding is possible (excessive journal wear or roller body wear can make rollers non-repairable).
  2. Roller is straightened and reground to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  3. New bearings are installed.
  4. Final inspection.
