The Takk Vortex Blower produces and propels a broad ionization field measuring 18 inches by 18 inches, covering an extensive range of 10 feet. This field envelops surfaces carrying static charges, effectively eradicating both positive and negative static electricity.
The comprehensive system includes an external power supply, cable, ionizing blower, and mounting hardware. Each power supply can power up to (2) Vortex blowers (see
#7001 to add additional blower). The ionization process is facilitated by a high-output 40 emitter ionization system. Air velocity is generated through a Centrifugal Blower, eliminating the need for compressed air supply. Typical applications include Unwind, Rewind, Plastic Molding, Paint Lines, Packaging, Light Sensitive Applications or applications where high velocity air and ionization is required.
