The HD4170 “Rhin-O-Roll” Coil Inserter features 12-inch dual powered rollers, including an adjustable lower roller for smoother, more precise coil insertion. It includes gauges for measuring document thickness and selecting the correct coil size. The HD4170 can operate as a stand-alone unit or be mounted to any vertical OD or HD Series machine using an optional mounting kit. Designed for fast and efficient coil insertion across all pitches and diameters, it also comes equipped with crimper pliers and a built-in holder.
