Machines: Polar 137 E, 137 S, 137 ES, and Polar 137 ED models, after serial number 6404101. Also fits all of the Polar 137 X, and 137 XT models, except for models with the Transomat Gripper Autoloading feature.

The cogged center "V" guide is 10 mm wide. As shown in the photo, one end has the mounting slots cut out, the other end has the two mounting grommets installed.
