The AF-42/0 is a preparation device for 10/120 Flexproof finger geometry, specifically designed for HabaDRIVE power transmission belts up to 40 mm in width. The belt is securely clamped on a movable carriage, which is positioned in 10 mm increments (finger pitch) under a die-cutting head. This head, equipped with two knife blades, is actuated by an eccentric lever that provides sufficient force to cut even the strongest belt fabrics with ease. The fingers are cut step by step, ensuring precise geometry and optimal tensile strength for the resulting joint.
