The covercrease eliminates cracking of substrates on a wide range of coated stocks with heavy printed solids. Simply replace your old scoring wheel with the covercrease and apply a steel based polymer creasing band to the feeder drum. Installation takes 10 minutes and each matrix band lasts in excess of 500,000 copies.
