These steel bars are used to turn the clutch handles when they are screwed into the flywheel on Polar paper cutters. (equivalent to Polar 207321, 208175, 232309, and ZA3.232309) The holes for the clutch handles are 8-1/2" (216 mm) apart on one side of this bar, and are 7" (178 mm) apart on the opposite side of this bar. Without this tool you risk applying uneven pressure to the clutch handles which can cause them to bend, or to break off.
