These steel bars are used to turn the clutch handles when they are screwed into the flywheel on Polar paper cutters. The holes for the clutch handles are 6-3/8" (162 mm) apart. Without this tool you risk applying uneven pressure to the clutch handles which can cause them to break off.
This helper bar will also fit the Prism cutters where the clutch handle mounting holes are 160mm apart.
