The US-2000 AST-MDM is designed for high performance bundling of cardboard boxes, corrugated stacks, and a diverse range of other products. With its dynamic high-speed band feeding and brushless motor withdrawal, the machine efficiently processes up to 30 bandings per minute. Its package height detection, product memory, and band centering features ensure precise and gentle banding at the exact position. This allows postal packages to be securely banded without damaging the edges. The AST unit operates with minimal wear.
Three photocells mounted on the arch provide accurate package height detection. Combined with the product memory, they ensure consistent band tension, even for packages of varying sizes.
The gentle banding technology allows both lightweight and heavy packages (up to 66 pounds) to be securely banded with edge protection.
